  • Breakfast: Idli with sambar, tomato chutney and coconut chutney
  • Lunch: matta rice , beetroot mezhukkupuratti and dal
  • Dinner: Vegetable kichadi with one bowl of curd.

Day 5

  • Morning: Boiled giloi water
  • Breakfast: rava upma with green chillies
  • Lunch: Red rice , drumstick sambar and cucumber pachadi salad.
  • Dinner: Steamed fish with sautéed spinach with some beetroot salad.

Day 6

  • Morning: Hot water with some celery seeds.
  • Breakfast: puttu made with hald rice flour, half ragi flour and cowpea curry.
  • Lunch: brown rice , snake gourd thoran and moru curry
  • Dinner: vegetable stew with millet dosa.

Day 7

  • Morning: cucumber water with should soak overnight
  • Breakfast: steamed idiyappam with lightly spices vegetable Kurma
  • Lunch: matta rice, ask gourd erissery and raw mango salad.
  • Dinner: pumpkin soup with 1 chapati.
