Ingredients List:

  • 4 slices of Atta Bread (cut into cubes)
  • 1 small spoon of oil
  • 1 small spoon of mustard seeds
  • Finely chopped green chilies (with or without seeds, as per preference)
  • 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of curry leaves
  • 1 medium-sized onion (cut into long pieces)
  • 1/2 cup of cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup of capsicum (diced)
  • 1/2 cup of carrot (diced)
  • 1/2 cup of beans (chopped)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • A pinch of garam masala (optional)
  • Chopped green coriander (for garnishing)

How to Make The Recipe:

  • Heat a small spoon of oil in a pan and add 1 small spoon of mustard seeds. Allow them to crackle.
