So delicious, so good and just 150 calories and moreover this is so easy that, it gets ready in just a few minutes. Moong Dal Idli Recipe for Weight Loss | No Rice

Hello Friends, Welcome to my kitchen diet recipes by Natasha Mohan.

Ingredients List:

  • Carrot -50 grams
  • Oats -20 grams
  • Skimmed Milk- 1/2 Glass
  • Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Jaggery powder -1 tsp

How to Make The Recipe:

  • So come let’s start our recipe first we will take 50 grams of 5 big spoon of Carrot and Carrot has many advantages, first the amount of Potassium is very good in this and this is a very good source of Beta Keratin and Fiber and it is loaded with Anti-Oxidants.
  • Now we will put the carrots in a saucepan and fry it for a while in low flame and then we will add oats to it. You can use any type of oats, I am using instant oats here and I am taking 20 grams or 2 tbsp. Now the soluble fiber in oats is very beneficial for you guys.
  • So now we will dry roast these two items on a low flame, please note, I have not used Oil or Ghee.
  • In this recipe there are very essential Vitamins and Minerals, which are very good for your health and it is also a very Tasty and Healthy Meal Option. And now we will take 1/2 Glass of Skimmed Milk. If you don’t have Low Fat Milk, then you can remove the upper layer of the Normal Milk and use it.
  • Now milk is one such ingredient where you have carbs and protein and fat is almost zero. Now we will use cardamom powder for taste, which I will take good 1/2 tsp. Unless its sweet smell mixes with our kheer, it will not be fun. And now we will add jaggery powder to it. Do not use white sugar. Here I am taking 1 tsp.
  • This is the reason why, this recipe is very beneficial for patients of Diabetes and PCOS because Jaggery has nutrition, 2 spoons are allowed for the entire day, but we have used 1 spoon in this. And then we will add in this 1/2 Glass Water and now we will close the lid and let it cook on low flame.

Conclusion:

This is a very Tasty Healthy Snack Option which you can use as Mid Meal in your Weight Loss Journey. And right in front of our Eyes our Kheer (oatmeal) is boiling and calling us, you can see it’s texture is getting very good, just like your Rice Kheer but much more beneficial than that and the best benefit is you take is hot or cold it’s taste gonna be delicious. Either you take it at work or give it to your Children, everyone will like it very much and it’s so healthy and so nutritious that you people will feel it very tasty.
