Now we have to add boiled peas in it. Boiled peas are also rich in fiber and protein. And, they are very nutritious for your body. So, don’t forget to add them. Now you will put boiled corn in fried rice in it. I have used 1 tbsp sweet corn (boiled).
The special thing about fried rice is that it gets cooked quickly in a few minutes. Now, you have to put about 50 grams of beans in it. Friends, there are 347 calories in 100 grams of moong dal. If these calories are distributed in a day, and 100 grams of moong dal is consumed in 30-30 grams in all three meals.
