A simple recipe for a healthy snack is bread Manchurian. To go with fried rice, we frequently prepare Gobi Manchurian. Here, we just made the Manchurian using bread and the same batter.

Ingredients List:

  • Atta bread- 2 slices
  • Cabbage- 1 TBSP
  • Carrot- 1 TBSP
  • Green slices- chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder – 1 TSP
  • Oil as required
  • Chopped garlic – 1 TSP
  • Chopped ginger – 1 TSP
  • Chopped onion – 1 TBSP
  • Bell pepper yellow- chopped
  • Bell pepper red- chopped
  • Capsicum green- chopped
  • Soya sauce- 1 TBSP
  • Tomato ketchup – 1 TBSP
  • Red chilli sauce – 1 TBSP
  • Vinegar- 1 TBSP

How to Make The Recipe:

  • First, cut the bread and add it to the blender.
  • Without adding any water, blend until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  • Fill an adequate mixing bowl with the prepared breadcrumbs.
  • Add cabbage, carrot, green chillies, salt, red chilli powder, and water.
  • To combine, thoroughly squeeze the batter and then add a dough with water.
  • Now prepare little, sphere-shaped balls.
  • Now take a pan and 1 TBSP oil. Now add the balls and cook them until golden brown. Make the crunchy balls and keep them aside.
  • Again, take a pan and oil. To prepare the gravy, add chopped ginger, garlic, and onion. Don’t overcook the ingredients.
  • Now add yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, and capsicum. Cook for some time and add Chinese sauces to the vegetables.
  • Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar. Add Manchurian balls to the pan. Now cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Your bread manchurian is ready to serve.
