I’m going to add about a teaspoon of cumin once it’s hot. Now cumin has a lot of medicinal properties especially when it comes to gas, bloating, acidic it is really beneficial, so don’t forget to add this ingredient. Once the cumin crackles we are going to add the chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped tomato, I’m using about 2-3 tablespoons of each, lightly in the pan. I am going to keep the veggies crunchy and make sure they keep that texture.

For the filling So after lightly roosted in the paneer I am adding about 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder and adding a pinch of salt, once that is done, I am going to switch off the gas and completely take it out into separate bowl for it to cool down.
